As we draw this spoiler season to a close, there’s one thing left that we did not quite manage to complete in time…
Unfortunately, the translated sets are not yet available. The translations themselves are complete, it’s the act of us putting the text on the cards and uploading them that is taking a lot of time. This is in no way the translators’ fault, they’ve done absolutely outstanding work under a huge amount of pressure, there just simply wasn’t enough time between the English cards being final, and the release date.
As per usual when we fail to meet our planned deadlines, we’ve used these learnings to adjust our processes and expected timescales. We’ll make sure to shout loudly when each of these tasks are complete so that those of you waiting for them don’t have to keep checking back!
I’d like to just take a moment to thank you all for your patience with us getting this labour of love out of the door, and I hope that you agree with me it was worth it. What comes next? We’ll start talking about that very soon! Until then…
