Now Recruiting: Web Content Editor

If you’ve been following the recruiting news, you already know there’s been an influx of new people at NISEI: we have new executives, new web developers, and new members across the organization.

Sometimes, growth leads to growth: as we invest into an area, it becomes clear there’s much more we could do if we had more people to help execute our vision.

The Community team is expanding the editing team on NISEI.net to proactively plan and create high-quality content. As a Web Content Editor, you will be central to that strategy: you will identify potential articles, develop story pitches and coverage ideas, work with writers to ensure that writing is high-quality and adherent to the NISEI style guide (and occasionally write articles yourself), and publish articles. While you will collaborate closely with the Lead Editor and writers from teams across NISEI, you will operate with a large degree of autonomy.

This is a job with publishing power, so it comes with a degree of responsibility: the articles you publish are part of NISEI’s face to the world, and your creativity and insight will help keep Netrunner fans around the world engaged with NISEI. In essence, you’ll have the proverbial keys to NISEI.net, so you need to be able to handle yourself on the road.

To apply for this role, please fill out this form. If you want more details, see the full job description below.
